Order failure due to billing address issue

Trying to checkout and had a failed payment

The most common issue we have encountered is incorrect postal code information being added during checkout which causes address verification failures. Please see the video below for a walkthrough of the solution

Order checkout failure

Quick-Fix Guide: Enter your address correctly in 5 easy steps

  1. Type your street address exactly as it appears on mail. Include the house or building number first, then the street name (e.g., “123 Maple St”). Skip extra punctuation and abbreviations that aren’t used by your country’s postal service.
  2. Put apartment, suite or unit details on “Address Line 2.” If you live in an apartment, condo or office suite, add “Apt 5B,” “Unit 302,” etc. here—never on the first line—so our system can match it properly.
  3. Double-check city, province/state and postal/ZIP code.
  4. Match the billing address on your card statement. Your card issuer rejects payments when the address you enter doesn’t match theirs. If your billing address differs, you must untick “Same as shipping” and fill each section separately.
  5. Review once, then click “Pay” only once. Scroll up to confirm every field, fix red warnings if any appear, and press the payment button a single time. Re-clicking can trigger multiple failed attempts.

That’s it! Follow these five checkpoints and your order should sail through without the dreaded “transaction failed” message.
