The time it takes to receive your order is made up of two components:
- Processing Time (1–4 days): Before your order ships, we need time to confirm stock, pack your items, and prepare the shipment—especially when we receive a high volume of orders.
- Shipping (Transit) Time: Once we hand your package to the carrier, the number of days listed at checkout (e.g., 2-day shipping) refers to how long it takes the carrier to deliver to your address.
Your delivery date is based on both the processing time and the carrier’s transit time. We appreciate your patience during our busier periods and work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible. Should there be any delivery, stock or inventory issues we will do out best to contact you and inform you as soon as possible.
