Can I send someone to pick up my order?

If you have a pick up order and are not able to visit our office to collect it you can definitely send someone on your behalf to pick it up. Before they arrive to our office please be sure the following criteria are met:

  1. Your order is completed and ready to pick up - you have received an email indicating that your order is ready. If you placed multiple orders ensure that you have received an order completion email for each order
  2. Once you receive that email, you must let us know who will be picking up your order - We will not release your order unless you have emailed us directly, from the email address that placed the order, to let us know who will pick up the order.
  3. The person picking up the order must be prepared to show proof of identification if requested.

Why do I have to send an email?

  • We require written proof that the person who placed the order is allowing us to release the order.
  • Email is required in case there is a question in the future about why the order was released.
  • Since a phone conversation can not be referenced in the future all requests have to be in writing and not verbal.
  • Our obligation is to the customer that placed the order, so we have to have their consent before releasing the order.
