  • Can you provide a quote?

    Yes!  Please send your RFQ or soumission to sales@candent.ca
  • Do I need to create an account to purchase

    You can checkout as a guest and do not have to have an account in order to place an order.
  • Do you accept purchase orders?

    Yes. Most major universities, hospitals, government agencies and registered customer accounts can send your purchase order directly to orders@candent.ca Need to set us up as a vendor?  Please send us your vendor set up form and we will quickly complete it along with any supported documents.
  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we can ship almost anywhere.  We have shipped to 6 of the 7 continents (Antarctica - we're waiting!) Shipping rates are provided during checkout but we manually verify all International orders before processing in case there is a better option or surcharges that might be applied.
  • How long does it take to ship an order

    Our warehouse is typically able to get most order processed and shipped within 1 business day for in stock items.
