We have a very limited supply of S12 Clear Root Endodontic teeth available for order.
A12 Endodontic teeth will be available to order shortly for those preparing for the 2026 and 2027 exams.
What to know about A12 Endodontic Teeth
The good news is that the teeth perform and cut in the same way, so they are interchangeable for your practice and preparation with no difference.
The main difference is that the clear root on the S12 has been replaced by an opaque root on the A12, which should have no impact on your practice - that portion of the tooth is subgingival when it is in the typodont.
This means that the A12 can be used to practice for those with upcoming exams in 2026, as well as for the 2027 exam cohort.
Additionally, as they are slightly faster to produce, we hope that production delays are minimal.
