I placed an order but forgot some items. What should I do?

Don’t worry — this happens often! Here’s how we can help:

We cannot add items to an existing order, since we cannot charge your payment method above what you originally authorized.

  • If you forgot something, email us right away at support@candent.caso we can try to pause shipping.
  • If your order has already shipped, we can’t make changes.
  • If it has not shipped:
    • Place a new order for the missing items.
    • Select pickup or shipping (we can adjust later if needed).
    • Email us both order numbers and ask us to ship them together.
  • If you paid for shipping again on the second order, we’ll remove those extra charges before processing payment.

To avoid delays, please double-check your cart before checkout.
